Most work is billed at a flat hourly rate, and the majority of jobs finish in under two hours. Repairs start with a board-level diagnostic that is credited toward the work once you approve it, and nothing is charged until you approve. Yes. Discontinued and obsolete units are a specialty: we reverse-engineer the fault, repair at the component level, and source parts at cost. When a replacement no longer exists, repair is the plan.
Either works. Many customers ship the complete unit, such as a drive, a controller, or an avionics unit, and we handle teardown and reassembly. If you have already pulled the board, send just the board.
